Our home is an ideal location for enjoying all 3 local Ski hills and mountain biking trails. We are a 90 minute drive to Whistler and a 20 minute drive to downtown Vancouver.

| Our neighbourhood is safe, friendly, and clean. Our street is a quiet cul de sac with many children of all ages. We are close to a bus route and walking distance to shopping, library, rec. centre, and playgrounds. We are within walking distance or a short drive to Deep Cove, which has restaurants, cafe, theatre, gallery, and shopping with local jewellery and art. Deep Cove is located by the ocean with many outdoor activites such as sea kayaking and access to hiking trails such as the Baden Powell Trail. MT. Seymour is a great family ski hill that is only a 15 minute drive from our house. |
