Comfortable appartment of 108 m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 study, spacious livingroom with TV, WII, PS2, DVD/ Blu Rau disc , and a big and fully equipped kitchen. Bright flat, quiet and family neighborhood, no cars noises, 6m2 balcony. Condicionated air and calefaction. Internet connection.Parking with direct access to housing.You can add two beds. In total the house sleeps 6 people. We have many toys for kids!!

Our house is on a comercial neighborhood, 15 minutes by metro to Barcelona center (Pza. Catalunya). Buses and metro to everywhere in the city. Supermarket, restaurants and playground for kids near the flat.

Our kids love to travel. With them have traveled to Lanzarote, Rome, Venice, Madrid, Valencia. We have traveled twice to France with them, the first of river tourism in the river Lot. The second was our first exchange, in a village near Nantes. We liked both the system of exchanges that we repeat, is a different way to travel and very rewarding.
The whole family we love good food, and water sports.
