Our apartment is spacious, modern and with a living room full of light. It's a 5th floor (with lift), 90m2. We have got heater and air conditioning -good for the summer!, and a huge living room. There are two bedrooms, a computer room, a modern bathroom, a kitchen and another room where the washing machine and dryer are.
Bear in mind that one of the bedrooms is a bit small and has a sofa-bed (1,20m wide). It is ok for two kids but a bit tight for two adults.

The apartment was refurbished in 2010 and it is decorated in a modern style. We love it and we are sure you will, too.

We have got parking in the building next to ours -useful if you are coming by car!

In the building there are other apartments, but the neighbors are good people :)
Please note that there is no balcony/terrace so if you smoke you will need to do it outside the building.

We live in Eixample neighborhood a very normal and safe area where local people live. Nearby, there are plenty of things: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, bakery, parks, schools, markets, cinemas, etc. We have got everything we need around. Plus, the tourist center is not far away.

Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas are about 30 min walking or 3 stops by metro/underground.
We live near 3 metro stations: Rocafort (L1), Entença (L5) and Tarragona (L3). And also very convenient: the main train station (Sants) is only 15 min away by foot. If you prefer to discover Barcelona on board of regular buses, there are a few that will take you to the city center and the beaches.

Very close to our place (walking distance): Plaça Espanya, Joan Miró park, the new shopping mall Las Arenas, Montjuic park, the magic fountain, Sants train station.
