Vårt hem
Our beautiful house built in 1924 combines charm with practicality. Renovated and extended in 2007, it has 4 bedrooms, formal lounge room, formal dining room, kitchen and informal dining room, family room, 2 bathrooms and modern laundry. With period features throughout, the house also has all modern conveniences. We also have a large rear sun deck and garden with a trampoline.

Our suburb of Caulfield is around 10km from the centre of Melbourne and next to the cosmopolitan beachside area of St Kilda. Five minutes walk away is the tram to St Kilda and the city, while ten minutes walk is the 15 minute train ride to the city. We are close to a vast choice of restaurants in St Kilda and Chapel Street Prahran. Cinemas and world class golf courses are also close by. We are within walking distance to beautiful parks and shops, including the local supermarket.

We are are a family of three. Toby is an owner of a small graphic design company, while Marion works in the Neurosciences area as an administrator. Our son is Twelve years old.
