  • Toulouse Velib: As Paris, Toulouse is equipped with the new system Vélib. Vélib’ is a Self Service “bike hire” system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Multi pick up and drop off location allows you to pick up your bike from one service point and drop off to another. A Day Vélib’ ticket (for only €1) gives you unlimited number of journeys.
  • Metro (Subway): The Toulouse Metro is automatic (driverless) There are several free car parks all around the city, where you can take it.
  • Airbus Factory: When you will arrive at Toulouse Airport, you will see nearby the airstrip, the huge Airbus A380 Factory. Can be visited (www.taxiway.fr)
  • Golf de Seilh (nearby): One of the most beautiful complex of Midi Pyrenees with: 2 courses of 18 holes, one international; 1 putting green, one pitching, 50 bays of practice enlighted at night.   • The 'Marché' of FRONTON: The market of FRONTON (at 5 minutes) is one of most important in the Toulouse area. It offers a broad choice of products of the “terroir” : vegetables, fruits, poultry, cheeses, delicatessen, typical cooked foods ... Convivial, colored, picturesque, it is a very appreciated place of life and exchanges. The market obtained in 2004 the “Marché de France” label. (Every Thursdays mornings)
  • Castelnau de Montmiral: 40 KM from Villaudric (classified among the most beautiful villages of France) much more exceptional citadels around to be visited (Cordes sur ciel, Bruniquel, Puycelsi, Penne etc...)
  • Montauban: 25 KM - Pretty typical average city of south-west, Ingres museum to be visited.
  • Moissac: (45km) Moissac abbey cloister The Saint-Pierre abbey in Moissac (Romanesque Art Major monument) has a 12th century tympanum, and a 15th century cloister. There is also a Centre of Romanesque Art with important documents on medieval sculpture, illumination and wall-paintings. The Saint-Pierre abbey church and cloister are listed among the World Heritage Sites of the Routes of Santiago de Compostela in France. ---- You also can taste a regional specialty on the parvis place, while enjoying a free concert (every Saturday night)

Vårt hem

4 bedrooms house situated on 1,2 acres, in a very quiet area. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a private shower-room, Living Room, kitchen, laundry and restroom.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (1 King S & 2 Queen S), a bathroom and a restroom.
Air conditioning system is available. For entertainment at home, there's computer, DSL Wi-Fi, full HD flat TV, Xbox 360 (Rock Band Set, guitar hero, Kinect, etc... ) Media center, HD satellite receiver, piano.
But in summer time, you wouldn't have to use all that too much, there are so many things to do outside ;-)
Outside : private saltwater pool, pool house with summer kitchen, shower room and restroom. Bikes and table-tennis table. Various fruit trees. Possibility of car exchange (2007 Lexus IS with embedded GPS). Housekeeper 1 day by week.

Our village, VILLAUDRIC, is a tiny village of 1500 inhabitants, located in the middle of the FRONTON wine production area. Although small, there’s a lot of commodities :
Bakery, butchery, bar Tobacco, media library, post office, grocery, hairdresser, sale of wine by wine growers, fruits growers, football, basketball and tennis grounds.
Our house is located just at the way out of the village on a quiet road.
Very close to Villaudric (adjoining, at 5 minutes of our house), there’s FRONTON city (5000 inhabitants), where you can find all that you want (supermarkets, restaurants, library, cinema, chemist, market, lake etc…)

VILLAUDRIC is close to TOULOUSE city (17 Miles (whose 12 by freeway) less than 25min drive)
TOULOUSE “la ville rose” (The pink city), 4th Biggest french city, famous city for its softness of living, good restaurants, museums, pedestrian precincts in small streets, where it's so good to stroll. Big shopping centers, AIRBUS factories (can be visited), midi canal, subway, “Space city” activities park, etc...

Ideally situated in the heart of Southern France, between the Mediterranean, the Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees Mountains , the cosmopolitan and enthusiastic Ville Rose joyously mixes heritage and lifestyle, great cultural events and festival pleasures.

Pierre-Jean, I am 45 years old, I work in an American Payroll services company as an IT Engineer. I like all that is connected to new technologies, gardening, hiking and biking in family. Françoise, 45 years old, works in a medical laboratory as a secretary. She likes hiking and cooking and a little less biking. Pauline, 19 years old, studies in college, practical swimming and plays piano. Her sister Camille, 15 years old, practical tennis and natation too, she studies at school. Our daughters are very sage and studious, they have good learned results and like to read. All the family loves traveling for discovering new countries, peoples, cultures and ways of life. We have already some fabulous exchanges in California, (Laguna Niguel - Summer 2008) Philadelphia (Summer 2009) and Sevilla (Summer 2010). We have 2 pretty cats who stay outside and in the garage, they are independent and have an automatic food distributor. If you live the house several days, someone can come to check if all is alright. We are non-smoker.
