Our home is on a hillside overlooking 70 miles of pristine beach on the Pacific ocean. It is clean and spacious, with windows everywhere. The main room has a palapa roof that is 8 meters high, adding to the sense of openess and space. The dining room is outside so that you can enjoy your meals with the sound of the ocean. In addition to the main home which can sleep 2 and features a master bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, office and kitchen, we have another house and 2 casitas on our property. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a bedroom, bathroom, balcony or porch, refrigerator and coffee maker; full kitchen, roof-top terrace and playroom. The 2 casitas have the same fantastic views as the houses; one has a kitchen and large porch and the other has a roof-top terrace.

Our home is on a hillside overlooking 70 miles of pristine beach on the Pacific ocean. Our neighborhood has several lovely homes in it, all oriented towards the views. We are about a 5 minute drive from the lovely old mission town of Todos Santos, 60 minutes to Cabos San Lucas and 60 minutes to La Paz. There are terrific beach walks and hill walks from our house.
Todos Santos has been designated a Pueblo Magico or Magic Village in Mexico. It is an artist colony that features several terrific galleries, as well as a remarkably good selection of restaurants. Todos Santos boasts some world-class surf breaks, as well as a wide range of activities including hiking, bird-watching, swimming, fishing, horse-back riding, yoga classes, dharma talks, lectures and gallery events. Whales can be seen just in front of the house during certain months of the year. Todos Santos is also an agricultural center with several organic farms.

Om Oss
We are a married, Mexican-American couple, Bryan (female!) and Sergio. We run an eco-tourism business in Todos Santos and we love to travel in our off season. We currently have 4 dogs and 3 cats, although that number is always in flux. Our available time for exchanges is between May and October. Non-simultaneous exchanges are also possible.
